Billing

Plans, limits, subscriptions, orders, and add-ons.

Billing

The Billing section shows the current subscription, account limits, and available plan actions. It is also where add-ons are purchased and manual payment orders are managed when that payment flow is enabled.

Current subscription

The top block shows:

  • plan name;
  • subscription status;
  • billing period;
  • price;
  • next billing date;
  • cancellation date, if cancellation is already scheduled;
  • active add-ons.

It also shows usage against plan limits:

  • mount points;
  • clients;
  • server sizes;
  • YC Caster licenses.

If a limit is used up, you will not be able to create more resources of that type until the plan or add-ons are changed.

Managing payment

If the subscription is inactive, the page shows available plans. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing. Each plan lists its main limits: servers, mount points, and clients.

For standard online payments, the checkout opens from this section. It connects the purchase to the right account using the user's email and account ID.

Some brands use manual payment orders instead of online checkout. In that case, you create an order for a plan or add-on and pay it using the displayed payment details.

Add-ons

When a subscription is active, available add-ons appear below it. An add-on extends the current plan, usually by adding resources or enabling a paid feature.

Before an add-on is activated, the interface may show the remaining days in the current billing period, the amount already used, and the price to add the option now. Confirm the action only after checking those details.

Manual payments

When manual payments are enabled, an order includes:

  • order code;
  • order items;
  • amount and currency;
  • status;
  • creation date.

The payment window shows bank transfer or instant payment details. Include the order code in the payment reference so the payment can be matched correctly.

Order history

The orders table keeps previous and pending manual orders. Click an order to reopen its details, amount, payment instructions, and reference.

The order status shows where it is in the process: waiting for payment, confirmed, cancelled, or another processing state.

Before changing plans

Before buying a plan or add-on, check:

  • which limits are already in use;
  • how many servers you need and what sizes they should be;
  • how many mount points and clients you plan to add;
  • whether monthly or yearly billing is better for the team;
  • who is responsible for payment and accounting documents.

That quick check helps avoid buying a plan that is too small or paying for resources the current setup does not need.
